Performance Incentive Pay — Journeymen & Apprentices
Earn up to $900/month (Journeyman) or $500/month (Apprentice) on top of your base wage by hitting your KPIs
At AAS, we believe top performers deserve to be paid like it. Our Monthly Incentive Program measures your performance through your MOI Score (Metric of Impact) — a weekly score based on four simple pillars. Hit “Good” grade or better and unlock your monthly bonus. It’s that straightforward.

Incentive Pay
Apprentices participate in the same MOI incentive program as journeymen. Hit a “Good” MOI score (60%+) and earn up to $500/month on top of your base pay.

Company phone and iPad provided for qualifying positions — everything you need to communicate, access jobs, and complete training right in your hands.

Apprentice Tool Kit Program (approx. $1,000.00 value)
Starting a trade career is expensive — tools shouldn’t be a barrier. AAS provides apprentices with a company-sponsored tool kit to get you on the job fully equipped from day one. Upon successful completion of 90 calendar days of continuous employment — with no documented disciplinary actions, no unresolved tool loss or damage incidents, and satisfactory performance as determined by the apprentice’s supervisor — full ownership of the issued starter tool kit transfers to the apprentice at no cost. We also offer a Tool Account / Wage Deduction Program for additional tools you need along the way, so you can build your kit without the upfront cost.
