A $349.99 thermostat, included with your agreement
- What you get
- One AccuStat smart thermostat — a $349.99 value — professionally installed by our own licensed technicians.
- What it takes
- A one-year maintenance agreement. That is the whole requirement: no equipment purchase, no financing, no signup fee.
- More than one system
- The first one is free and every additional system gets an AccuStat at a discount. The discount scales with how many systems you have and the term you sign, and it is quoted in writing with the agreement.
- Eligibility
- Eligible, compatible systems. We confirm which of your units can take an AccuStat during the walkthrough, before anything is signed.
One complimentary AccuStat per one-year agreement, on eligible compatible systems confirmed at the walkthrough. Installation is included; the maintenance agreement itself is priced on the equipment being covered.

Same thermostat, same crews, different agreement
A plant with process cooling and a chiller does not need the same plan as a three-ton split system in a house. The AccuStat is the same either way; what changes is what the agreement covers.

Built around your equipment, not a package tier
We walk the equipment, then propose a scope and a frequency. You get documented condition reports after every visit and a deficiency list with priorities and estimated cost, so capital planning is not a surprise every fiscal year.
- Scheduled visits sized to your equipment and season
- Refrigerant, amp draw and temperature-split readings logged
- Priority scheduling when something does go down
- One agreement across Abilene, Lubbock and Dallas sites
Priced on the equipment we are covering. Quoted after the walkthrough — no package tiers.

For homes in Lubbock and Dallas
A seasonal tune-up on the schedule that matters in West Texas, filters and drains kept up, and the same priority response when it is 104° and the air is warm. The AccuStat goes on the wall on the first visit.
- Seasonal cooling and heating tune-ups
- The same licensed techs, not a subcontractor
- Priority scheduling in the weeks everyone calls at once
- Straight answers on repair versus replacement
Four plans, from $19.99 a month. Flat rate regardless of how many units — except Platinum, which is per unit.

Additional wiring or components may require an additional cost. Service is available in our service area. Restrictions may apply. See terms and conditions for complete details.
Heat below, cool above, and a band in between
Most complaints about a thermostat are really complaints about a single setpoint fighting the weather. The AccuStat holds a range: heat if it drops below the low number, cool if it climbs above the high one, and nothing in between. That gap is where the savings live — the equipment simply runs less.
On a building, that range is also a control you can audit — if a unit is cycling when it should be idle, the schedule and the setpoints are visible without a site visit.
This one is live. Move it and watch the band change.
Holding 68°–76°
Go ahead — drag the handles, or tap + and −.
Visibility, not just a nicer thermostat
A smart thermostat on its own is a convenience. Tied to a maintenance agreement with the people who service the equipment, it becomes an early warning system.
Remote visibility
Access system data anytime, anywhere.
Setpoints, run status, indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity — from a phone or a browser, whether you are in the building or looking at four sites from one office.
Real-time monitoring
Track performance and trends 24/7.
It reports continuously instead of telling you once it is already too warm, and trends are what turn a vague complaint into a work order with a cause attached.
Early problem detection
Catch small issues before they become expensive failures.
A unit running longer each week to hold the same temperature is telling you something, while it is still a service call and not a replacement.
Professional support
Expert help when you need it most.
Monitored by the same licensed crews who service the equipment — nobody hands you off to a manufacturer's help line.
The alert goes to the crew that services your equipment

What you see, on the wall and on your phone
Everything below is on the face of the unit or in the app. We have deliberately not published a spec sheet here — if you need model numbers, wiring requirements or warranty terms for a submittal, ask and we will send the manufacturer datasheet.
- Dual setpoint
- Separate heating and cooling setpoints with a deadband between them.
- Scheduling
- Hold a setpoint range until a set time, or run a schedule.
- Humidity
- Indoor relative humidity on the face and in the app.
- Indoor + outdoor temp
- Both readings on the home screen.
- Air quality indicator
- A plain status chip rather than a number to interpret.
- Fan and mode control
- Independent fan and system mode, including Auto.
- Wi-Fi
- Connects over the building's Wi-Fi; no extra gateway on the wall.
- App control
- iOS and Android app with per-zone naming and alerts.

Four steps, and nothing priced before we have looked
We walk the equipment
A licensed tech goes through what you have — age, condition, how it is controlled now, and which units can take an AccuStat. No charge, no obligation.
You get a scope and a number
Written: what gets serviced, how often, what it costs, and what the AccuStat discount is on any additional systems. One year.
We install the AccuStat
On the first maintenance visit, by our own technicians, configured to your equipment and your schedule — not left on factory defaults.
Then it just runs
Scheduled visits with documented findings, alerts when something drifts, and priority response when you need it. Planned beats reactive.
The things people actually ask
Is the thermostat actually free, or is it rolled into the price?
It is included. Sign a one-year maintenance agreement and your first AccuStat — a $349.99 thermostat — is installed at no charge. The agreement is priced on the equipment we are maintaining, the same way it would be priced without the thermostat.
What if I have more than one system?
The first AccuStat is free and additional systems get one at a discount. How big the discount is depends on how many systems you have and the term you sign — more systems and a longer term mean a better number. We put it in writing with the agreement, after we have walked the equipment and know what we are actually covering.
Will it work on my equipment?
Usually, but not always, which is why nobody quotes it sight unseen. The offer covers eligible, compatible systems, and we confirm what fits during the walkthrough. If a unit cannot take an AccuStat, you still get every other part of the maintenance agreement on it.
Who installs it?
Our own licensed technicians, as part of the first maintenance visit. Installation is included — there is no separate trip charge and no third-party installer.
Do you watch it, or is that on me?
Both, and that is the point. You get the app. We get the same data, and we are looking at it against the maintenance schedule we are already running on your equipment.
What happens at the end of the year?
The thermostat is yours — it does not get pulled if you do not renew. We would rather earn the renewal on the service.
Is this for homes or businesses?
Both, on different terms. Commercial and industrial buildings are the bulk of what we do, and the agreement there is built around your equipment rather than a package tier — all three branches sell it. Homes get the four monthly plans on this page, handled by our residential team out of Lubbock and Dallas. Same thermostat, same crews.
Which home plan should I pick?
If you mostly want the thermostat, visibility and a system report, Essential at $19.99 covers it. If you want somebody actually tuning the system, Plus adds a yearly visit and Pro adds a second seasonal visit plus a plumbing inspection and no overtime fees. Platinum is the one that covers approved repairs outright. Pick on the phone if you would rather — nobody is upselling you on a walkthrough.
Is the monthly price per system or per house?
Flat rate, regardless of how many units you have — on Essential, Plus and Pro. Platinum is the exception: it is priced per unit, and it needs an inspection and approval first because it covers repairs.
What does the $8,000 replacement credit on Platinum mean?
If a covered system reaches the point where replacing it beats repairing it, Platinum carries up to $8,000 in credit toward that replacement. Age and condition restrictions apply, which is the reason for the inspection before you enroll.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Home plans are monthly auto-pay — card on file or ACH bank draft, whichever you prefer. It is a one-year service agreement and payments are non-refundable once billed, so call us if something changes and we will work it out rather than leave you stuck.
Do I have to finance anything?
No. The thermostat is included, and a plan is a service agreement, not a loan. Financing through First Financial Bank exists for equipment replacement if you ever need it, and it is entirely separate from this.
