Do you work on residential systems?
In Lubbock and Dallas, yes — residential, commercial, and industrial. In Abilene we run commercial and industrial only; residential there is handled by our own brands, Hawkins Air Conditioning for HVAC and Double R Plumbing for plumbing.
Are you licensed for all three trades?
Yes. HVAC under TACLA53299C, electrical under TECL34064, and plumbing under Master Plumber license M18761 — all in house, not subcontracted.
Do you really fabricate your own ductwork?
We do, in our own shop in Abilene. Custom transitions, plenums, hoods, and fittings built to field dimensions, which keeps duct off the critical path on a schedule.
How fast can you respond to an emergency?
We dispatch 24 hours a day. Response time depends on where you are and what is down, but you will talk to someone who can actually send a truck rather than take a message.
